I often think that our bodies mirror what’s happening outside of us. If there’s a dark tunnel you are walking through or a shadow is cast upon you physically or emotionally, can you find light there as you walk through and inhabit the tunnel?

Creativity, curiosity, playfulness and a snake trait, adaptability, are great companions in helping frustration to be productive.

I think people are getting the wrong idea on what to do to heal and maintain their bones because quite frankly the information out there is so misleading.

Knowing in our bones often pushes us to take healthy risks. Knowledge itself and healthy self care habits often help us to overcome the struggles our ancestors had and prevent or address the wear and tear that we often face.

It’s time to start paying attention to what is or isn’t living and thriving in your space. Because a burned out, “ghosting,” quiet quitting employee is the opposite of fresh air and an indicator that something’s not in alignment.

It’s important to look holistically at the challenges we are having.
